Daniel “DJ” Kelleher started working in the construction/carpentry business at a very young age, working for a well-respected company located in the South Shore for over 12 years. During that time, he worked on a wide range of projects, from remodels to custom built homes.

At KBI, DJ is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. He works on everything from creating and planning the original design to coordinating with our team and all subcontractors as necessary.

DJ earned an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management and Cabinet Making from New England Institute of Technology in 2005 and is fully licensed under Massachusetts code. 

He currently resides in Scituate, MA with his wife and three children.

Brad Kent brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Kelleher Built, Inc. Prior to joining KBI, Brad spent 10 years at State Street Corporation where he was Vice President within their Investment Servicing division.

Brad is responsible for all back-end operations of KBI, including Controller, Treasurer, and Secretarial duties along with being responsible for contracts, proposals, and the marketing and advertising of the company.

Brad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont.

Outside of work, Brad loves to Fish and play Golf. He currently resides on the Scituate, MA with his wife and three children.
